Acana Prairie Poultry is composed of 50 percent chicken and turkey, white meats that are easily digestible and low in fat. Extremely palatable, this dog food is also suitable for dogs with demanding palates. Prepared from animals left free to roam the green prairies of Alberta, raised respecting their natural rhythms. The recipe for this dog kibble is enriched with whole eggs delivered fresh daily from local farms.
Free of high-glycemic-index carbohydrates, Acana Prairie Poultry are composed of fine muscle but also liver, kidney and tripe, which not only make them irresistibly tasty but also provide vitamins and minerals. Bones and cartilage, on the other hand, provide valuable sources of calcium and phosphorus.
