Animal protein sources are always the first ingredient in the composition, thus the one taken in greater quantity, as opposed to grains, as many consumers nowadays demand. Digestibility is, for all references, very a high, as tests specially carried out, in vitro, have shown.
The poultry used is raised on the ground using non-intensive methods (i.e., in a larger space than on traditional farms and sufficient for them to be raced without stress) and using BIO feed, in accordance with the relevant EU directives.

Controls on the entire supply chain

The entire organic supply chain is strictly controlled and every movement of raw materials and products is traceable and traced, even more tightly than for traditional products. The dry, in particular, contains organic fruits (apple, papaya, pineapple, cranberry) and grains are BIO certified all along the supply chain, meaning they come from crops defended with natural methods (without the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers) and from seeds planted in the earth, made naturally fertile by organic fertilizers. Wet, boasts a very simple recipe, with a very short list of ingredients in the composition, but most importantly, it is important to remember that it is formulated with only one source of animal protein (which again coincides with the first ingredient) and contains no grains (grain & gluten free).
The entire range, like the entirety of what is marketed under the Schesir brand, is guaranteed "cruelty free," meaning that neither directly nor indirectly invasive and cruel tests on animals are used for production purposes.
